We believe in making informed decisions, so all new customers get an on-site appointment with company owner, Kevin Thompson. During this initial consultation we discuss the scope of your project and collect data about the area. This may include surveying site plans or taking soil samples.
After analyzing the data collected on-site in our initial appointment, we compile a thorough, written estimate and deliver it within a few days. If soil samples were collected, we revise and amend the estimate based on their results.
When the contract is in place, our educated and certified crew members perform the landscaping duties safely and to the highest degree of quality. We keep detailed records of all duties performed to mitigate your risk.
